As a proud son of Barrackpore and someone who has dedicated over three decades to nurturing young minds, I have always believed that the early years are the most sacred chapter in a child’s life.

With Little Douglasites, we are creating a space where learning begins with love, play, and wonder—powered by the globally respected Finnish curriculum through HEI Schools.

It is with deep joy and heartfelt pride that I welcome you to Little Douglasites Play School, a vibrant extension of the Douglas Memorial family, built on over four decades of trust, love, and excellence in education.

Having been born and brought up right here in Barrackpore, my connection with this community is personal and lifelong. Over the past 16+ years in education, I’ve had the privilege to serve as an executive member of ASISC and the Convener of the Barrackpore Zone for CISCE, New Delhi.

Every role has strengthened my commitment to nurturing young minds with care, compassion, and vision.

At Little Douglasites, we believe that a child’s early years are precious. That’s why our curriculum—powered by the renowned Finnish framework through HEI Schools— focuses on joyful learning, emotional growth, and strong values.
